Notebook registration
For INFN members
You do not need to make any registration. At the department of physics you have direct access at the wireless network: INFN-dot1x. In order to connect you have to use as username your local account name plus your origin section name (in my case, this means mdoro@pd.infn.it, but not michele.doro@pd.infn.it)
All other participants
Italy has very restrictive laws concerning web access. To be granted access to the wireless network at the conference venue, participants are required to send a .jpg or .pdf file, containing a scanned image of their ID (passport, the page(s) with the photo and the relevant data, or, for EU citizens, identity card, both sided) and please not larger than 500KB, to zenere@pd.infn.it (subj: Multi3-wireless-name of the participant).
At the registration desk, those that will have already sent the document will receive immediately the credentials to access the network.
If you can’t send us a scanned copy of your identity card, we will make the copy at the first day of the workshop. but there can be delays for your network access.
