ABOUT

I am an experimental particle physicist working as a Researcher for the Universita` degli Studi di Padova, and a member of the CMS experiment at CERN since 2008, and a founder member of the MODE Collaboration since 2020.
My research interests lie in the development and operation of silicon tracking detectors and the corresponding software development for tracking algorithms, in the development and automatic monitoring tools of the online event selection, in the physics data analysis, in the machine learning and the frontier of fundamental physics. In summary: - in Particle Physics : spanning from the Higgs boson physics to the precision measuremnts, as well as to searches for new phenomena extending our current understanding of the subnuclear world;
- in Computer Science : targeting machine end-to-end optimization of physics measurements with machine learning, on differentiable programming.

A list of over 1000 scientific publications I authored can be found here .
