I am a Ph.D. student in Physics at the University of Padova, supervised by Prof. Maritan. I am currently working on ecosystem modeling, studying in particular the role of metabolic trade-offs in the establishment of biodiversity. My interests also include the study of neural networks (both biological and artificial), or more in general the application of physical paradigms and models to the study of the brain.
